WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS
We value our products highly and always strive to deliver them to you in excellent condition. However, should anything go wrong during transport or another situation arise that would entitle you to a warranty claim, we are happy to assist you.
By law, you are required to report a defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect is covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
Complaints
Sometimes things can go wrong, and we understand that. We recommend that you first submit any complaints to us by sending an email to info@aramatjewels.com. If this doesn't lead to a resolution, you can submit your dispute for mediation to the WebwinkelKeur Foundation at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil/ .
As of February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr .
